Directions from Honolulu International Airport :

Aloha !
After you have retrieved your baggage, go to the exit door
which has a long sidewalk with benches.

If you rent a car, you may do so in the terminal where you will
receive directions and a map describing how to reach the
Royal Kuhio.

If someone is picking you up along the main street where you
exited, your vehicle will proceed along this one way street
which comes to a stop sign to your left. There is additional one
way traffic also to your left in the same one way direction.

Proceed along this street until you are on the freeway. You will
see the Nimitz Highway sign.

Proceed on Nimitz Highway for approximately 8 miles.
Eventually Nimitz Highway will automatically change to Ala
Moana Blvd.

Ala Moana Blvd. will have quite a bit of traffic, but continue in
the right lane until you reach Kalakaua Ave.

Turn right on Kalakaua and imediately change lanes to your
left. Veer into Kuhio Ave. If you do not veer to the left, you will
still be on Kalakaua.

If you missed Kuhio Ave., continue on Kalakaua and turn left
at the next intersection. At the end of that block, you will see
Kuhio Ave. and turn right on Kuhio Ave.

Continue to 2240 Kuhio Avenue. The beautiful Royal Kuhio is
on the left. It covers the full block stretching 39 stories into the
heavenly sky. A convenient private driveway is provided for
you in front of the building for arriving and departing guests.

If arriving by taxi or shuttle, our entrance has a continuous
drive which permits easy access to our building for our
arriving and departing guests. You will recognize our beautiful
building surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers.
