Condo Unit was very adequate for our needs. Convenient location and
staff helpful in meeting our requirements. All amenities in the unit were
provided and in good condition- ie. appliances, dishes, cookware etc.

First time staying at Royal Kuhio - hopefully not the last!

Royal Kuhio has it all- amenities, convenient location, friendly, helpful staff
- thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Terrific place!

Only suggestion - warm up the pool and improve the WIFI connectivity.

beach and shopping.

My girlfriend Akie and I had a beautiful time in Hawaii. That trip was Akie's
first to Hawaii and the fifth time for me. I must say that was the best trip of
my life and a big part of it was the welcome that we got from you guys and
your warm hospitality. The Security Guard (the one with the earrings) was
very nice and funny also.

I also appreciate you all arranging and allowing us to return after we
checked out. That was very helpful (Rachel thank you). Ramona, I
appreciate the information you gave me in order to stay there the first three
nights on my own cost and with your discounts. Arlene, thank you for the
information about the grocery store, that saved us a lot of money.

We had a wonderful time and it was highlighted by staying in such a lovely
place with outstanding service.....please warm up the swimming pool
(smile)

We had a great time. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to
help in what ever way they could. John and Frank (security) were very
helpful.

The staff was so helpful and work so hard to give the guests a great
experience. We saw a lot of improvements since we were here 2 years ago.
The housekeepers keel the rooms so clean, especially when you think of
how many people use them.
